Estoppey Value Investments AG provides its clients with asset management services and transaction-related investment advisory services. In the case of an investment advisory mandate by Estoppey Value Investments AG, clients are given a personal recommendation relating to individual financial instruments. Ultimately, however, the decision to buy or sell always remains with the client. <\/p>\n

Estoppey Value Investments AG guarantees neither a return nor success in the context of its investment activities. The investment activity can therefore lead to an increase in value but also to a loss in value. <\/p>\n

C. Customer segmentation<\/h3>\n

Persons for whom Estoppey Value Investments AG provides financial services are treated as private clients. No client segmentation is used. <\/p>\n

When providing investment advice, Estoppey Value Investments AG provides clients with the basic information sheet for recommended financial instruments.<\/p>\n

Cost information
A fee is charged for the services provided, which is normally calculated on the assets under management and on a performance basis. For more detailed information, please refer to the corresponding asset management or investment advisory agreements. <\/p>\n

E. Information about binding to third parties<\/h3>\n

Economic ties to third parties may exist in connection with the financial services offered by Estoppey Value Investments AG. The acceptance of payments from third parties and their treatment are regulated in detail and comprehensively in the asset management and investment advisory agreements. As a matter of principle, Estoppey Value Investments AG does not accept any retrocessions from third parties in order to maintain its independence. <\/p>\n

F. Information on the market supply considered<\/h3>\n

Estoppey Value Investments AG generally pursues an “open universe approach” and attempts to make the best possible choice for clients when selecting financial instruments. Estoppey Value Investments AG offers an independent and transparent asset management and investment advisory service. For this reason, Estoppey Value Investments AG does not use or recommend any of its own financial instruments. <\/p>\n
